Experience and Qualifications
Experience
I am a Transactional Analysis therapist who believes that everyone in life is worth it and has the capabilities to find options and achieve change.
I have experience in working young people (16 years of age and over), individuals and couples who suffer from a variety of issues ranging from difficult family relationships, stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders along with low self-esteem, self harm, unhealthy eating or drinking habits and addictions.
In addition to my private practice, I have been a member of The Eaves Counselling and Psychological Services in Surrey, worked at the Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre in Guildford and delivered short term solution focused counselling for the NHS IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) department in Surrey.
I practiced in an organisation that helps young people facing homelessness and adversity and are in need of guidance and advice.
I offer dedicated psychotherapy support to senior citizens who experience life changes, loneliness or sense of loss, and their relatives who might also struggle with these changes.
I attend regular trainings to improve my skills and use the latest techniques in my psychotherapeutic approach as a counsellor.
